Surya Namaskar
Surya Namaskar is a very beneficial yoga asana which can prepare children for studies. This asana is done in a posture of salutation to the Sun. Mandukasana

Pawanmuktasana
This is a yoga asana which helps in reducing the physical and mental stress of children. To do this, we lie down on our back and spread our legs at an angle of 90 degrees. This relaxing posture improves the sleep of children and makes them feel fresh.
Bhujangasana
Bhujangasana is a type of relaxation asana which is very easy for children to learn. In this asana, we lie down on our stomach and fold our arms and legs, like a snake.This asana helps in improving the memory of children because it increases blood circulation in the brain. With Bhujangasana, children are able to easily remember what they have read and it helps in preparing for examinations.
Vrikshasana
Vrikshasana is a standing asana, to do which we stand on one leg and bring the other leg inwards by bending it at the knee. The hands are folded upwards. This asana improves children’s balance and ability to concentrate. By standing on one leg, children learn better control of themselves. This increases their concentration and they are able to study without getting distracted.
